Sovereign Agent Systems ("SAS") is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and data sovereignty of our clients. This Privacy Policy outlines how we treat data across our marketing website, consulting interactions, and on-premise AI deployments.
1. The Sovereign AI Paradigm (Zero Ingestion)
Unlike standard SaaS companies, SAS does not run a central cloud infrastructure to process client data. When we deploy multi-agent systems and large language models (LLMs) for your business:
- All model runtimes, orchestrations, and database indices reside exclusively on your physical on-premise hardware or inside your audited private network enclaves.
- No data, prompts, or documents are transmitted back to SAS, and no remote connections or data feedback loops exist.
- All system operations are completely self-contained and run 100% offline or within your pre-existing private networks.
2. Information We Collect on This Website
The only data we collect is the information you explicitly provide when submitting our secure intake form (to request an audit or contact our engineers). This information includes:
- Company Name
- Industry Sector
- Contact Name or secure alias
- Secure Contact Email address or Signal messenger handle
- General project goals or compliance guidelines described by you
3. How We Use Website Ingested Information
We use the details you provide on the contact form exclusively to:
- Review and respond to your service inquiry.
- Draft Phase 1 SOW proposals for your company.
- Communicate with you through secure, encrypted communication channels (e.g. Signal or PGP-encrypted email) upon request.
4. Data Sovereignty and Third-Party Model APIs
Our core business model is to eliminate third-party API dependencies. However, if a client explicitly requests a hybrid cloud architecture using external APIs (such as OpenAI or Anthropic), the client acknowledges that the transmission of data to those APIs is subject to the privacy policies of those respective third-party providers. SAS strongly advises against using cloud-based APIs for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), PII, or trade secrets.
5. Data Security & Air-Gapped Controls
During Phase 2 implementation, SAS configurations enforce extreme physical and digital controls:
- Network Disconnection: Compute clusters are structurally configured with disabled WAN interfaces, ensuring no inbound or outbound internet access.
- Isolated Vector Storage: Knowledge retrieval vectors are stored locally on encrypted NVMe volumes sealed via local hardware keys.
- Attested Runtimes: We verify the cryptographic signatures of open-weights models (e.g., HuggingFace/Llama) prior to offline loading.
6. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operational procedures or security posture. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
